“I struggled with weight issues for a significant part of my life, dating back to my primary school days at a boarding school. During breaks, I would often indulge in binge eating, and I gradually realized how this had a lasting impact on my eating habits.
In 2023, I faced some challenging times and, due to stress, my weight reached 105 kilograms.
