I went for a gastric bypass procedure at Nairobi Bariatric Center, which was around May 2022. I found out It reduces greatly the amount of food that you eat and its a more permanent and lasting solution. I have tried the gym and its a lot of work! I lost and regained weight even after many trials and with great support around the gym.
Before surgery I was 164kgs. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high so I need to do something, once you realize you live in the same body everyday you need to love yourself enough to know that you need help, and there is no shame in it.
