I've always been a big girl. It's just how I'm built. And like many of us, I've tried everything to lose weight. Fad diets that promised quick results? Been there, done that. Losing 21kgs in 5 months is fantastic, but it's honestly just the tip of the iceberg for me. Sure, my clothes fit great now, and I actually enjoy shopping for new outfits! But the real transformation is how I feel on the inside.I have the energy to visit friends and family, to be truly present in their lives. My mental health has soared – I feel lighter, happier, and more confident. And let's not forget my physical health! My womanly health is back on track, with regular menstrual cycles. It's a relief I can't even describe.
