Step 2You will drink 200ml of warm, saline isotonic solution in 5-minute intervals. The cleansing takes approximately 2 to 4 hours.

We use a physiological solution for bowel irrigation, which is a solution of salts that is isotonic with tissue fluids or blood. You will drink warm, saline water that will pass through your digestive tract without being absorbed.
